Create a short 30-second video showing how you build a healthy plate with fruits and veggies on a budget. The MyPlate Fruits and Veggies Video Challenge will award $9,000 in total prizes in three video categories, including three First Prize Winners, who will each receive $1,500; three Second Prize Winners, who will each receive $1,000; and three Popular Choice Winners, who will each receive $500. I'm excited to promote the first Yoga Recess Teacher Grant! All school teachers are encouraged to enter. How would you use $500 - $1000 to integrate yoga into your classroom?

Stage 1:
Send a 250 word essay to essay@yoga-recess.org by December 4th, 2011.

Stage 2:
Candidates who are chosen to move forward will be announced on December 19th. These candidates will create a video and submit it to Yoga Recess by January 16th.

Stage 3:
Voting will take place on Facebook from January 22 - 31st to determine the grant recipient! The deadline to enter is December 4th!
